These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Shoeden website (shoedenkerala.in) and the purchase of wall mount metal shoe racks from Shoeden ("we", "us", "our"). By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Shoeden operates across Kerala, India, supplying and installing premium wall-mounted metal shoe racks directly to customers (Direct-to-Customer model).

All products displayed on our website are wall mount metal shoe racks made from TATA Steel (mild steel) with powder-coated finish, available in 2 DOOR, 3 DOOR, 4 DOOR and 5 DOOR models and multiple colours.

Prices listed on the website are uniform across Kerala and are inclusive of delivery and professional installation at your home. We are registered under the GST Composition Scheme, so GST is not separately collected from customers.

We reserve the right to update product prices, specifications and availability at any time without prior notice. The price confirmed at the time of your order will be honoured.

Orders can be placed through our website checkout or via our official WhatsApp order form on +91 99957 80115. An order is confirmed only after confirmation through our official channels.

Customers are required to share an accurate delivery address and, where requested, a Google Maps location pin for the installation site.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order in cases of inaccurate information, unreachable delivery locations, or suspected fraudulent activity.

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for all orders across Kerala. Payment is collected at the time of delivery/installation.

Any advance payment made through our website or payment partners is handled securely by the respective payment gateway. We do not store your card or UPI credentials.

Coupon codes and promotional discounts (e.g. 500OFF) are subject to the terms stated at the time of the offer and cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

We aim to deliver and install your shoe rack within 3 to 5 working days anywhere in Kerala, subject to stock availability and accessibility of the location.

Installation is carried out by our trained fitting team. The product is wall-mounted; customers must ensure the installation wall is suitable (concrete/brick wall recommended).

Any delay caused by factors beyond our control (weather, regional restrictions, customer unavailability) will be communicated promptly.

Every Shoeden shoe rack comes with a 10-year warranty covering manufacturing defects in material and workmanship.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper wall surface, unauthorised modification, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

You may cancel your order free of charge any time before it is dispatched for delivery/installation.

If the product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it at no additional cost. Please report any damage at the time of installation itself.

As our products are delivered and installed directly by our team, used or installed products are not eligible for returns except under a valid warranty claim.

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, product photos and design — is the property of Shoeden and may not be copied, reproduced or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Our liability for any claim arising from a product purchase is limited to the purchase price paid for that product.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including damage to walls or property arising from unsuitable installation surfaces communicated to us inaccurately.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kozhikode, Kerala.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page with the updated date.
